The Boillot family has owned vines in Volnay since 1850. A century later, Lucien Boillot acquired vines in Gevrey-Chambertin, where he decided to set up his domaine. His son Pierre is now at the head of the estate. This 1er Cru has a strong black fruit character. With its superb length, Les Cherbaudes is the perfect accompaniment to long, hearty meals.
