Colissimo
FAUCHON offers you Colissimo home delivery of your order in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) from 80€ of purchase (excluding shipping costs).
You can also receive your order in a reusable package with Hipli for an additional €1 ( learn more ).
Some products are not eligible for delivery by Colissimo: macaroons, products that are too bulky, fresh products.

The advantages of the service
From your cart, you can select the desired delivery date. The date selection module allows you to select a date up to 30 days in advance, if the desired date is grayed out then it is no longer available for delivery.
The delivery of the package is made against signature.
Delivery times
In mainland France, our carrier CHRONOPOST ensures deliveries between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. (except in exceptional situations where delivery can be made until 6 p.m.).
During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, etc.) as well as in the event of heavy traffic or exceptional bad weather, drivers may experience delivery delays.

Macarons
FAUCHON macarons are shipped by Chronopost and can only be delivered from Tuesday to Saturday in order to guarantee their quality. FAUCHON macarons are shipped in isothermal packaging, specifically designed to protect them and keep them fresh throughout the transport. The macarons can be enjoyed up to 5 days after the shipping date indicated on the box.

The Chrono relais delivery service is available for eligible FAUCHON products in Metropolitan France.

Shop Pickup
You can order FAUCHON products on our website and collect them 3 hours later if the order is placed before 12 p.m. and subject to availability, in our Thé & Infusion boutique located at 11 Place de la Madeleine, 75008 Paris.
This service is free and available from Monday to Saturday (except on days when the store is closed). To collect your order, go to the Thé & Infusion store located at 11 Place de la Madeleine with the order confirmation that was sent to you by email and/or an identity document.
Delivery of a gift
Bill
The invoice for your order is not included in the package. It will be sent to you directly by email to the email address you provided when you created your FAUCHON account.
Gift messages
You can add a note from your cart. Your recipient will not be informed of the origin of your package, so remember to sign your message.
