Maison FAUCHON works closely and sustainably with its suppliers, for safe and responsible supplies, ensuring the safety and traceability of its products.

In an effort to guarantee consistent quality for consumers, FAUCHON quality service teams have implemented specifications that define the conditions of excellence for products and ingredients Made in Fauchon, Made in F.

Thus, Maison FAUCHON, keen to offer products that are more respectful of animal welfare, is committed to no longer using eggs and egg products from caged hens for all of its products before 2025, the time needed for the transition of the sector in France.

By 2030, 100% of our chicken meat supply will come from farms and slaughterhouses that meet all the criteria of the European Chicken Commitment for all of our European activities.

Today, Maison FAUCHON is the guarantor of a true French culinary heritage. To offer this Made in F cuisine that highlights the exceptional products of our regions and revisits with audacity and fantasy the great classics of gastronomy, Maison FAUCHON respects in particular the following requirements:

  • No product or recipe includes palm oil in its composition.
  • The ingredients and additives used come from non-GMO raw materials
  • Azo dyes E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129 and additives E171, E172 and E551 are prohibited.

FAUCHON is committed to the environmental impact of its activity

Maison FAUCHON offers products of impeccable quality that meet consumer expectations and takes into consideration environmental aspects at all stages of its suppliers' production by acting on optimized management:

  • Industrial and ordinary waste (reduction at source, waste recovery, selective sorting)
  • Process water (limitation of discharged volumes, reduction of pollutant load, treatment of effluents)
  • Atmospheric discharges (limitation of discharges, reduction of the pollutant load, treatment of effluents)

Maison FAUCHON is one of the pioneers in the implementation of sorting of catering biowaste at its production centers in Paris.
