Black tea from India with whole leaves. A bright tea with unrivalled finesse; the first notes are green and flowery, then evolve into citrus, fruity flavours. Named "champagne of tea", the Darjeeling is the only tea with a recognized PGI and it is grown in the most prestigious and old tea gardens in Britain.

Sensory analysis

Once infused, the tea reveals a coppery color and a slightly astringent but balanced flavor with notes of muscat, hazelnut and wild flowers. This imperial Darjeeling offers a fresh and slightly spicy finish, with a velvety texture.

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Steeping time: 3 minutes - 95°C. To be savored with a Fauchon pastry.
