Gyokuro tea

Green Japanese tea with finely rolled leaves. A smooth and sweet tea, with fresh vegetal notes.

The prince of green teas, rich in anti-oxidants, it is known in Japan as the “dew pearl”. Its cultivation is the object of a thousand precautions; harvesting is a veritable ritual in which the very young shoots are picked by hand, then rolled finely. Gyokuro FAUCHON is a predominantly herbal tea, with no bitterness; its milky, marine tones mark an exceptional tea, smooth and mild, to be savored with devotion.
