Step 1: preparation to be carried out the day before the recipe
- Place 8 g of Le Bonheur! tea in 3 muslin bags and infuse for 12 to 15 hours in spring water.
- Make a cardamom syrup. Infuse the cardamom in the boiling water then remove the muslin bag for 5 minutes. In the infused water, add the sugar. Then, bring to the boil for 3 minutes and set aside in the fridge for 12 hours.
