- Add Nepalese Timut peppercorns to the infusion and let them steep briefly to add a spicy note.
- In a blender, combine the tea infusion, dragon fruit pieces, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat the mixture over low heat if necessary.
- If desired, add sugar according to your sweetness preference.

- Pour the Pink Latte into a cup and garnish the top with a few fresh raspberries.
