  • 230 ml of FAUCHON Tea Blend syrup
  • 600g of strawberries
  • 200g banana
  • 220g Granny Smith apple
  • 320g fresh orange juice

Preparation

Step 1: Preparing the tea syrup

  • Bring the water and sugar to a boil .
  • Add the tea and let steep for 3 minutes , covered.
  • Pass to the Chinese stamens .
  • Allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator at 4 °C.

Step 2: Assembly and finishing

  • Serve the preparation in a tall glass with a straw and a slice of orange.

Step 3: Preparing the smoothie

  • Peel all the fruit.
  • Combine the fruit, ice and tea syrup in the blender with the lavender flowers.
  • Blend until smooth.
