Preparation
Step 1: Preparing the tea syrup
- Bring the water and sugar to a boil .
- Add the tea and let steep for 3 minutes , covered.
- Pass to the Chinese stamens .
- Allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator at 4 °C.
Step 2: Assembly and finishing
- Serve the preparation in a tall glass with a straw and a slice of orange.
Step 3: Preparing the smoothie
- Peel all the fruit.
- Combine the fruit, ice and tea syrup in the blender with the lavender flowers.
- Blend until smooth.
