Rigorously selected, the noble crustaceans are fished exclusively off the coast of Brittany according to the principles of seasonality, and transported via short, local supply circuits. These Langoustine-rich rillettes are cooked with Guérande salt and a touch of Saffron, grown and harvested by hand in Finistère. The precision of the craftsmen's gestures can be felt at every stage of the recipe, from the browning to the reduction of our seafood preparations...
