Mackerel and Goat Cheese Rillettes

FAUCHON mackerel rillettes with goat's cheese are the embodiment of artisanal expertise and a passion for maritime traditions. Rigorously selected, the fish fillets are caught according to the principles of seasonality and transported via short supply circuits. The mackerel is smoked over beechwood using an ancestral method from the island of Groix. The marriage of this fibrous fish with the creaminess of goat's cheese enhances the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The precision of the craftsmen's gestures can be felt at every stage of the recipe, from the browning to the reduction of our seafood preparations... Artisanal and refined, these rillettes are part of the local gastronomic heritage, offering traditional flavors.
