This oil gets its intense plant aromas from the blending of typical Provencal varieties: aglandau, bouteillan, verdale of the Bouches-du-Rhône and salonenque. The olives are harvested at the beginning of the season, and give a balanced, dynamic and fruity olive oil with a rich and buttery texture.
