FAUCHON salmon rillettes embody artisanal expertise and a passion for maritime traditions. Rigorously selected, the Atlantic salmon fillets are fished according to the principles of seasonality and transported via short supply circuits. To this base of fresh salmon is added a beechwood-smoked salmon, prepared using an ancestral method from the island of Groix. The marriage with a smooth cream enhances the freshness and quality of the local ingredients. The precision of the craftsmen's gestures can be felt at every stage of the recipe, from the browning to the reduction of our seafood preparations... Handcrafted and refined, FAUCHON salmon rillettes are part of the local gastronomic heritage, offering traditional and memorable flavors.
