Carnaroli Risotto cooked with Truffles. Prepared only with the great Carnaroli rice variety from the Maison Margherita and the choicest truffles, it is ideal for those who want to savor a very good risotto while reducing preparation time. Tenuta Margherita, with a history dating back to 1562, is a domain located in the Desana countryside, not far from Vercelli. Part of this region's history, the Tenuta Margherita has maintained a passion for product quality in traditional rice growing, to bring to your table healthy and natural products. A rice that is different, with an intense flavor.

Tasting advice

For 2 to 3 persons. Cooking time: 18 minutes. Glaze the rize in a pan with a knob of butter or olive oil. Add a glass of white wine while stirring. During cooking, pour 1 liter and a half of boiling water gradually. Serve with parmiggiano reggiano.
