This lobster-rich, creamy and fragrant bisque was selected by FAUCHON for its rich taste. Prepared in Brittany with quality ingredients and Guérande salt, it is served diluted for a soup for 4 people. More concentrated, it is the base of a refined sauce for steamed fish or seafood pasta.

Storage conservation

Store in a cool, dry place.

Tasting advice

Pour the contents into a saucepan, add the same amount of water and dilute over low heat. It can also be used as a sauce base for your fish. Ideal for 4 people.
