Thierry Germain Clos du Moulin 2017 - Saumur

Thierry Germain is constantly improving his knowledge of his terroirs. He launched a new cuvée in 2015, ‘Le Clos du Moulin’, in order to isolate each particularity and bring out its best expression. The nose reveals notes of apple, lime blossom, candied orange and a hint of aniseed. The palate is concentrated but very fresh, straightforward and mineral. Some honeyed notes on the palate, but this white wine remains dry and airy.
