French apricot jam

The apricot jam embodies the art of local production, using only French fruit from Languedoc Roussillon. Fauchon's artisanal recipe releases all the sweetness of the apricot while preserving its softness. The small yellow fruits are meticulously selected at the right stage of ripeness to preserve and intensify their aromas and scents. To enhance the quality of the fruit, Fauchon perpetuates tradition by cooking it slowly, in small batches, with cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelized, honeyed flavors that are the hallmark of Fauchon jams.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume rapidly. To be savoured on a slice of bread or crêpes, or with your cheese and desserts.
