“Strawberry jam with Fauchon rose petals”, a creation that combines the fruity and the floral for a most majestic pairing. The strawberries and roses are meticulously selected and matured to preserve and intensify their natural flavors and delicate texture. Fauchon's artisanal recipe sublimates the natural sweetness of strawberries by adding the freshness of roses. To achieve this balance, Fauchon perpetuates tradition by cooking the fruit slowly and in small batches with cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelized, honeyed flavors that are the signature of Fauchon jams.
