Artichokes and creamy cheese spreadable

Fauchon's artichoke and fromage frais spread is an artisanal savory recipe made with fresh vegetables and local produce. Each ingredient has been carefully selected to create a perfect harmony emblematic of Brittany: the roundness of fromage frais and the richness of sunflower oil complement the slight bitterness of artichokes and the invigorating acidity of lemon juice. This vegetal delight releases aromatic and spicy notes thanks to chives and Espelette pepper, punctuating each bite with a touch of character.
