Black or green tea?
Black tea and green tea come from the same plant, Camellia sinensis, but their main difference lies in the way they are processed.
Black tea undergoes complete oxidation, giving it a dark colour, intense aromas and woody, spicy or malty notes. It has a fuller-bodied flavour and generally contains more theine, making it ideal for a morning boost.
