Duck terrine

FAUCHON presents its duck and pork terrine. An artisanal creation that sublimates carefully selected French meats. Chopped with a knife for an incomparable texture, these meats are seasoned with pepper and pink garlic from Lautrec, a protected appellation that adds a subtle sweetness. Slowly and carefully cooked, this terrine embodies the authenticity and tradition of the French terroir. As authenticity rhymes with ethics, it contains no colorants or preservatives, and the raw materials are sourced mainly from short, local supply chains.
