The Fauchon mini jam kit brings together five essential flavors from the jam range and embodies the pleasure of giving. This little kit includes a mini strawberry jam with rose petals, a mini redcurrant raspberry jelly, a mini apricot jam from Languedoc-Roussillon, a mini Seville bitter orange jam and a mini Mara des bois strawberry jam. The fruit is picked when just ripe to preserve and intensify its aromas and scents. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, Fauchon perpetuates the tradition of slow cooking small quantities of cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelized, honeyed flavors that are the hallmark of Fauchon jams.
