“Fauchon's famous strawberry jam" combines sweetness and freshness to delight your taste buds. Fauchon's traditional recipe sublimates the natural sweetness of the strawberry while preserving its acidity. The strawberries are picked when just ripe to preserve and intensify the aromas and flavors of this famous red fruit. To enhance the quality of the fruit, Fauchon perpetuates the tradition of slow cooking small quantities with cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelized, honeyed flavors that make Fauchon jams so distinctive.
