  • 890 g de Fraises Gariguette
  • 6 g de Menthe Ciselée
  • 10 cl de sirop de thé Mélange FAUCHON
  • 1 g de Piment d’Espelette
  • 1 g de Zest de citron vert
  • 0.2 cl de Jus de citron vert

  • 85 cl d’Eau
  • 250 g de Sucre semoule
  • 17 g de thé Mélange FAUCHON

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

  • Steep tea for 3 minutes, then let cool before storing in the refrigerator at 4°C.
  • Cut the strawberries and mix with the chopped mint, lemon juice and zest.

Step 2: Assembly and finishing

  • We suggest serving this strawberry salad in a bowl and garnishing it with the iced tea syrup, adding small mint hearts, a shiso sprout and a hint of Espelette pepper.
  • Best enjoyed chilled.

  • Bring the water and sugar to a boil.
  • Add the tea and let it infuse for 3 minutes, covered, then strain through a chinois.
  • Allow to cool before storing in the refrigerator at 4°C.
