The 2000 Château Haut-Brion flirts with perfection. The nose is simply breathtaking, with bright red fruits, roasted herbs, and scents of terracotta tiles on a hot summer day. The palate has a heavenly balance, perfect acidity, and what depth and dimension in this exceptional wine.
