FAUCHON has carefully selected an assortment of tasty artisan fruit jellies, including classic flavours such as apricot, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, morello cherry and mandarin. These fruit pastes are distinguished by their bright colours, which faithfully reflect those of the fruit from which they are made. When you taste them, you'll be delighted by their melt-in-the-mouth texture, which reveals a natural, gourmet flavour, thanks to the high fruit content that makes them so unique.

To guarantee an authentic, pronounced taste, only the pulp of the chosen fruit is used in the manufacture of these real fruit jellies. Each bite will transport you to the heart of the orchards, offering you an unrivalled taste experience. Our fruit pastes are produced in small batches, featuring fruit renowned for its exceptional quality.

Traditional handmade fruit pastes
These delicacies are made using traditional artisan processes. Each stage is carried out with care, with the homemade fruit jellies cooked slowly in the open air in copper cauldrons, to preserve the full flavour of the fruit. Once cooked, they are delicately cut with a guitar, then finely coated by hand with sugar for a perfect finish. This attention to detail and quality makes our real fruit jellies a true celebration of flavours, ready to delight the palates of gourmets and accompany moments of sharing and pleasure.
