This artisanal Fauchon recipe is a concentrate of red fruits, evoking the warm, fresh character of summer. To preserve and intensify the flavors of these fruits, Fauchon meticulously selects them at the right stage of ripeness. To enhance the quality of the product, Fauchon perpetuates tradition by cooking the fruit slowly, in small batches, with cane sugar in copper cauldrons. This ancestral method brings out the caramelized, honeyed flavors that are the hallmark of Fauchon jams.
